Our History

Hampton Products, founded in 1990, has a deep-seeded history of providing high-quality security, hardware, and cargo management solutions. Headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California, the company is a trusted industry leader.

Originally focused on a unique weather-resistant padlock, Hampton Products expanded its portfolio over the years to include a wide range of innovative solutions. In 1998, Hampton Products introduced Brinks locks, including a line of Brinks padlocks, gaining recognition for their reliability and performance.

Today, Hampton Products' portfolio of brands includes Brinks Locks for residential door hardware, padlocks and commercial hardware; Commando Locks, the only padlock brand manufactured in the US; Keeper Products, the industry leader with the broadest assortment of high-quality cargo control products available; SecureTite, the ultimate cargo tie down for work or play; Universal Hardware, a complete line of commercial door hardware; and Wright Products, the number one brand in screen and storm door hardware.
